What can I say

Jack loves to hug and kiss.

What can I say, he's a ladies' man.

(though truth be told, he'll getcha regardless of gender!)

(scoping out the hotties... or just the flowers ;)

I can't complain.

I'm his momma... the more the better!!

However, we are trying to get Jackson to ASK about hugs before tackling every little friend in sight with a giant "squuezum."

And apparently the childcare workers are trying to solve the kissing issue, because this morning when Jack went to plant one on my lips, he pulled back mid-suction to say,

"Oh, ya. Cheek!" before redirecting his aim.

I have to admit, I was sad.

I understand that we can't be spreading germs all around the church, and of course there will come a day when we DON'T encourage such affection with classmates, but

Mommy needs her little boy's love!

Hopefully he'll be able to grasp the concept,

lips are for family, cheeks are for friends ;)
